persoanelor care acceseaz\u0103 site-ul web, contacteaz\u0103 Operatorul \u0219i\/sau solicit\u0103 servicii de consultan\u021b\u0103, juridice, fiscale, financiare sau alte servicii profesionale oferite de Operator, \u00een conformitate cu <strong data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"546\">Legea nr. 195\/2024 privind protec\u021bia datelor cu caracter personal.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Scopurile Prelucr\u0103rii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"686\">Scopul prelucr\u0103rii este gestionarea cererii dumneavoastr\u0103 \u0219i furnizarea serviciilor solicitate, inclusiv:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"1812\">\n<li data-section-id=\"13ojlxp\" data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"790\">Primirea \u0219i procesarea solicit\u0103rilor transmise prin formular, email sau telefon \u0219i comunicarea cu dumneavoastr\u0103;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1g31h33\" data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"877\">Identificarea solicitantului \u0219i gestionarea rela\u021biei precontractuale\/contractuale;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mnafmd\" data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"938\">Evaluarea nevoilor \u0219i preg\u0103tirea ofertelor sau propunerilor de servicii;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18ja04i\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1338\">Furnizarea de servicii de consultan\u021b\u0103, audit, documentare, implementare \u0219i suport, inclusiv, dar f\u0103r\u0103 a se limita la, urm\u0103toarele domenii: servicii juridice, dreptul concuren\u021bei, GDPR \u0219i protec\u021bia datelor, permise de munc\u0103 \u0219i imigra\u021bie, opera\u021biuni de afaceri (resurse umane \u0219i rela\u021bii de munc\u0103), finan\u021be \u0219i pie\u021be de capital, proprietate intelectual\u0103, litigii \u0219i arbitraj, consultan\u021b\u0103 financiar\u0103, chestiuni corporative \u0219i comerciale;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sx4c4s\" data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1460\">Redactarea documenta\u021biei legale, contractuale, fiscale, corporative, de conformitate sau alte documente necesare pentru prestarea serviciilor;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"rhuf04\" data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1597\">Efectuarea de analize, evalu\u0103ri, audituri, implementare \u0219i oferirea de suport profesional legat de serviciile solicitate;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1m72kwu\" data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1653\">Respectarea obliga\u021biilor legale ale Operatorului;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14texzj\" data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1812\">Transferul datelor c\u0103tre destinatari autoriza\u021bi (de ex. furnizori IT\/hosting, servicii email, sisteme CRM), \u00een m\u0103sura necesar\u0103 pentru prestarea serviciilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Drepturile Persoanei Vizate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"2085\">Conform legisla\u021biei aplicabile, ave\u021bi dreptul la acces, rectificare, \u0219tergere, restric\u021bionarea prelucr\u0103rii, opozi\u021bie, portabilitatea
